You can cancel your appointment at any time by accessing your account and initiating the cancellation, contacting us via phone, or sending an email.

Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees.
